- Cell service is limited or non-existent.

- On-site parking available (post-event transportation to evergreen accommodations will be arranged)

- Accommodations available to book in Evergreen

- Camping available for Saturday night!

- Scott Knoll, a friend of Matt and Dani's and the boyfriend of a Bridesmaid, Catherine, has allowed us to use this family ranch. We are so grateful!

​​​​​​​- Please drive very slowly on all parts of the Ranch. Thank you!

- The Bride and Groom will be camping that night and invite any guests to camp as well (There will be late-night food :) )

- You can plan to set your tent up between 10 and 2pm on Saturday 8/8

- If not camping, there are plenty of accommodations in Evergreen. Google search "Brook Forest Inn" and the ranch entrance is right across the street from it.

- Transportation will be arranged for any accommodations in Evergreen for after the Reception

- Cars can be parked and left overnight

- Please drive very slowly on all parts of the Ranch. Thank you!

Bridal Party Arrives: 4:30 pm

Pre-Ceremony Cocktails: 5 pm

Ceremony: 5:30 pm

Family Style ​​​​​​​Dinner w/Toasts: 6:45ish

Live Music and Dancing: 8ish

Self-serve Begins: 9 pm

Transportation Leaves: 10pm

- Camping, camping food, and karaoke begin

NOTES ABOUT CEREMONY/RECEPTION:​​​​​​​

- The Ceremony is outdoors, (weather permitting). The ground will be as if walking on a flat hike

- Following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour under the tent

- The dinner and reception will take place immediately following the cocktail just feet away and also outdoors

SUNDAY AUGUST 9TH

- 9 am - There will be breakfast for all campers and any guests that would like to return to the Ranch for Breakfast.
